Impact of Transformational and Transactional Attributes of School Principal Leadership on Teachers’ Motivation for Work

The current study aims to identify the impact of transformational and transactional attributes school principal leadership on teachers’ motivation for work . A sample 357 Kosovar public middle teachers was assessed using Work Tasks Motivation Scale Teachers (WTMST) Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ). Results revealed that attributes, idealised influence, inspirational predict autonomous in teachers; individual consideration predicts complementary tasks; contingent reward significantly student evaluations. present findings can serve as a support improving quality education low- middle-income countries.
